Option 1 - leave it all to us

If you prefer to leave everything to us, we can help you build your perfect itinerary, then make all the necessary reservations for you, including a rental car, your chosen accommodation, and those bucket list activities.

Managing reservations can be time-consuming, especially when traveling to a new country. Our service streamlines the booking process by handling all the necessary arrangements on your behalf. Our attention to detail ensures that everything is in place, allowing you to enjoy a smooth and stress-free vacation.

If you choose this option, we will make your reservations directly with each business, and will provide them with your name and contact details for any follow up or changes.

For rental cars and accommodation, most suppliers will not require up front payment, but will usually require us to give them your valid credit card details to secure the reservation. For activities and tours, payment is made at the time of booking.

Cost

To help you develop your New Zealand self drive itinerary, and make the direct reservations for your rental car, accommodation and selected activities, we charge you a set fee, based on the length of your stay:

1 - 7 nights NZD$250

8 - 14 nights NZD$500

15 - 21 nights NZD$750

22 nights or more NZD$1000

These charges are our total cost for 1-4 people. As an example:

* develop a 7 night itinerary and make reservations for 1 person total cost NZD$250.

* develop a 7 night itinerary and make reservations for a group of 4 people total cost for group NZD$250 (assumes same itinerary for the full group).

For groups larger than 4 people we will happily negotiate a cost to suit your group.

Payment is due as follows:

All payments are to be made to our New Zealand bank account as follows:

* 50% after completion of a draft tour route for your consideration and any changes

* 50 % balance payable on completion of detailed itinerary and completion of reservations

Option 2 - we help draft your itinerary, you make the reservations

For a nominal fee, we will help you develop your dream itinerary, but will leave all of the reservations to you.

We have partnerships with leading industry suppliers:

* Rental cars and camper vans - DriveNow

* Activities - Get Your Guide

* Accommodation - Booking.com, Expedia and Trivago

On our website, we have all the search facilities and links so that you can research and make your own reservations through our partners.

If you choose this option and use the links on our website, we may receive a commission from each supplier for any completed bookings.

Cost

To develop your itinerary we charge a flat fee of NZD$250, regardless of the length of your holiday.

Total cost for 1-4 people. For groups larger than 4 people we will happily negotiate a cost to suit.
